To all the federation presidents, General
secretaries and members of the WAF
I send you all my best wishes for this
new Millennium.
Unfortunately, our sport is divided by the fault of some individuals who prefer
privileged their personal interest and position, without interest of the
recognition of our sport and interest of all the armwrestlers. In spite of an
official's decision -World meeting
98- taking by South and North America, Asia, Europe - 4 of 5 members of the
WAF's executive committee democratically elected in 1996, (this committee
pronounced the exclusion of Mister Das and O’Leary of all functions in the
WAF), Misters Das and O'Leary have ignored this official decision. By their
refusal to accept this official decision, they have instigated a split in the
unity of the WAF. Ever since that time, the WAF is divided in two groups. By the
will of those people, the WAF will not be recognized by the GASFI and the IOC.
All the armwrestlers desire one body for the WAF except those people
indicated above. Everybody can
prove his good will now in this way. I would like to call all to witness and ask
Mister Das and O'Leary to prove that they have really making their works
properly until 1996:

WEBSITE:
-The proof by documents that they have introduced, an official recognition of the
WAF to the GASFI and the IOC?
-When did they do it, and to which persons or committees officially?
-The annual balance sheet of the WAF since 1996?
-The annual expenses of the WAF official offices (President, general secretary,
Vice-president, commissions...) since 1996?
-The annual minutes of the World congress since 1996?
-The minutes of the election of the WAF's executive committee in 1992,1996 and
2000?
-How many countries pay the annual fee and the proof of each of them since 1996?
-Does it exist an official's WAF constitution?
-When was this constitution approved by vote?
-Who have participated in this vote?
-A copy of that up-dated constitution?
A lot of federation's presidents
have stated that they would like to reunify the two WAFs in one body as well as
the EAF. Let us prove it to all!
BY THIS LETTER I INVITE ALL THE
EUROPEAN'S FEDERATIONS TO TAKE PART AT THE EAF CHAMPIONSHIP WHICH TAKE PLACE IN
SWEDEN ON THE 2ND OF JULY to THE 7TH OF JULY 2001- TO PROVE THE GOOD WILL OF
EVERYONE TO REUNIFY OUR SPORT AND TAKE PART AT THE EAF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
ELECTION. IT IS TIME TO TAKE ACTION LIKE REAL RESPONSIBLE LEADERS WITH ALL OF US
STRIVING FOR THE SAME GOAL: REUNIFICATION
