How did you find armwrestling?

Growing up in Arkansas, everybody messed around armwrestling & then I found out about a tournament and I've been hooked every since.

First tournament experience?

My senior year in high school, someone told me about a wristwrestling event. Two years later i went to my first armwrestling tournamnet.


Favorite armwrestling experience?

2005 AAA Nationals, pulling Ron Bath in a 1 minute hook match left handed & coming out on top.

What are your goals with armwrestling?

To help the sport grow, to where the athletes can actually make a living in this sport & ofcourse, become the best armwrsetler on the planet!!!!!

Best training tip?

PROPER NUTRITION!!
