Charges below are special rates for this World Championship per night per person (NOT per room) including service charge and consumption tax.

Transportation On arrival and departure days, we will arrange the official bus between Narita Airport and to the hotels. Transportation services will be available only on the dates fixed by the Organizing Committee which are follows; For arrival days: November 30 and December 1st . For departure days: December 5th and December 6th . Payment Please choose one of two payment methods. 1.Credit Card Please give us your authorization to charge the fees to your credit card by filling out the attached form. By return we will send you a confirmation. 2.Bank Transfer We will send you an invoice by fax. Please make a remittance by the date indicated on the invoice. Payment must be made in Japanese yen, and bank charge (\2,500) deducted by a Japanese bank should be borne by the applicant. On receiving the total amount due in our bank account, we will send you a confirmation by fax.
